We want you to come take Jiu-Jitsu classes with your husband.   We want you to bring your family along with you to our gym.  Our gym incorporates the regular cardio & weight equipment gym, with classes in Boxing, Martial Arts, Zumba, and other fun, family-loved classes.  Bring your child to a Taekwondo or Jiu-Jitsu class while you work out on our cardio equipment or take a Zumba Class.  It can be the perfect way to spend your valuable time each day.

Our Break Dancing class for children and Adults offers a comprehensive learning experience that includes dance techniques, physical fitness, creativity, cultural awareness, and personal development. Home School Classes

 

Our Home School Programs are scheduled during the day so that you can enjoy your evenings with family or other activities.  Our Programs are designed to get your kids active, increase their physical fitness, and learn a sport while having fun!

 

Private and Semi-Private Training

 

We offer a variety of semi-personal and 1 on 1 Personal Training classes to help you meet your goals that work with your schedule. We currently offer training in Boxing, General Fitness and Weight loss, Circuit and Strength training, Jiu-Jitsu, Taekwondo, and Kickboxing.
