Private Training Programs

We offer a variety of semi-personal and 1 on 1 Personal Training classes to help you meet your goals that work with your schedule. We currently offer training in Boxing, General Fitness and Weight loss, Circuit and Strength training, Jiu-Jitsu, Taekwondo, and Kickboxing.  Are you looking for something we don’t have listed?  Just come by or contact our front desk.  We have extensive relationships with many personal trainers in the area and we can likely accommodate any special needs you may have!

1 on 1 Private Training

Our 1 on 1 training classes are scheduled with you only and one of our elite trainers, based on the area of training you are interested in,  and are the most personal of our training classes.  Prices of the classes are different depending on your specific scheduling needs.  

Please note that “Prime Hours”  are Monday- Friday 4pm to 6pm and Non-Prime Hours are 9am-1pm, and 3pm Monday-Friday.  Saturdays and Sundays may be requested and scheduled based on availability.

Semi-Private Training

Our Semi-Private classes are designed for groups of up to a maximum of 6 people.  Semi-private training gives you the opportunity of a small class size and therefore more individual training without the 1 on 1 personal training cost.  You do not need a group together to start.  You may schedule your Semi-Personal training time for whatever regularly works for you and we may fill the class with additional people, up to a maximum of 6.
